Pacific Northwest Smiles proudly accepts many plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and more.
As a courtesy, our team will help verify your benefits and submit claims directly to your insurance provider on your behalf. Any estimated patient portion is typically collected at the time of service, and our Financial Coordinator is always happy to answer questions and review payment or financing options with you before treatment begins.
